  FAQ's

• $15 per request scheduling fee for the use of the Core Group's services each time, charged on a visa or mastercard.
  
  
• Core Group babysitters are independent contractors, not employees of Core Group.
  
  
• $15 per hour for 1 child
  
  
• $18 per hour for 2 children
  
  
• $20 per hour for 3 children
  
  
• Overnites: $85 from 8p-8a Monday thru Friday and the regular hourly in between from 8a-8p.
  
  
• Overnites: $95 from 8p-8a Friday thru Monday and the regular hourly in between from 8a-8p.
  
  
• Requests are never guaranteed until time of confirmation.
  
  
• All jobs must be scheduled through Core Group, not the childcare provider. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid a 4 hour fee.
  
  
• Uncontrollable cancellations, within the 24 hour cancellation policy, such as sickness or emergencies, are not penalized for client or sitter and backup or makeup in these situations is not guaranteed.
  
  
• Controllable cancellations, within the 24 hour cancellation policy, for client or sitter, are penalized 4 hours or made-up.
